A big thank you to our sponsors, to Addington Equestrian, the Friends of SHB(GB), judges, volunteers, helpers, owners and exhibitors all of who contributed to the success of the 2019 SHB(GB) National Hunter Supreme Championship Show. The standard and quality of horses in all classes was high so many congratulations to this year’s winners and champions.

Martin Wood’s yearling colt Malus LVP Z (Malito de Reve-Quidado) shown by Jack Cochrane, champion male sport horse, in-hand Supreme Champion and winner of the HOYS Cuddy qualifier.


Ann Bassett’s homebred three-year-old filly My Lovely Ava (Aveia-Coronea Eagle) claimed the ‘Best British-bred’ Championship title.


Rebecca Jordan’s homebred three-year-old filly champion female young hunter, Birdsong IV (Brief Encounter-Future Role) reserve in the Cuddy qualifier claimed the SHB(GB) £1000 Breeder’s Cup.  The reserve, the colt foal Sandling's McQueen owned and bred by Alex and Elaine Kelly was also by Brief Encounter. 


Michaela Wood’s Luca shown by Jack Cochrane was the winner of the Sculpture to Wear three-year-old Performance Horse class while second placed Catherston Tick Tock (Timolin-Breitling W) claimed the ‘Best British-bred’ £500 prize for owner/breeder Jennie Loriston Clarke (photo 1st Class Images).
