Seven young horses came forward for the inaugural Sculpture to Wear three-year-old performance horse class, held at Addington EC on the eve of the SHB(GB) National Hunter Supreme Championship show. Elizabeth Launders homebred Skelwith Diamond Lord (Kalaska de Semilly-Sir Shutterfly), bred at her stud in Powys ran out the overall winner receiving £500 from sponsor Rosemary Hetherington of Sculpture to Wear.

The second placed filly Libris Royal Lady won her owner/breeder Rosie Dickens the £500 bonus awarded to the highest placed British-bred, bred by a member of SHB(GB). Rosie bred Betty, who is by the SHB(GB) graded stallion Langaller Starring Role, out of her former three-star event mare Royal Twist (of unknown breeding).

All the horses were assessed on their conformation, movement and loose jumping by judges Tim Price and Michael O Callaghan from Ireland. Front picture Elizabeth Launder receives her prize from sponsor Rosemary Hetherington of Sculpture to Wear.
